SATO's Horticultural Labeling division can provide high-quality labels pre-printed with our proprietary aqueous, non-UV-cured printing process. Or we can supply you with complete, turnkey variable data printing systems, including printers and software. We offer a variety of thermal direct and thermal transfer printers for all substrates, including presure-sensitive labels, for greatest versaltility.


TXPSX Thermal Printer
The TXPSX models contain the features that make them the best-seller in the horticultural market. The rugged powder-coated industrial strength steel case is designed for harsh environments, yet still attractive for office or store settings. These printers easily handle material thickness up to 24 mil at speeds up to 10” per second.

They are available with 4” (203 dpi) or 5” (300 dpi) print heads with 10” tag width allowance. The TXPSX models come standard with Parallel Port, Serial Port, Ribbon Save Mode and a FETHER head (floating edge type head revolution). USB and Ethernet connectivity are available as options.


TECSX Thermal Printer
The TECSX models contain the same features as the TXPSX models however they handle up to 5” tag width. This unit is ideal for tags, labels and signs up to 5” wide. Utilizing the End-To- End Slip-on tags, various pot tags, pressure sensitive and signs makes this the most versatile printer for the money on the market. The TECSX models come standard with Parallel Port, Serial Port, Ribbon Save Mode and a FETHER head (floating edge type head revolution). USB and Ethernet connectivity are available as options.
